Hi, I'm Emma Guzman, LMHC. I'm a licensed mental health counselor and relational trauma researcher with four years of clinical experience. I love helping young adults navigate life's changes, heal from past experiences, and create a more meaningful, genuine life. My approach is rooted in neuroscience, trauma awareness, and a client-centered, collaborative style. I see therapy not as fixing you but as providing a warm, supportive space where you can understand yourself better, explore new options, and connect more deeply with the life you want.

I have experience working with adults (18-50) facing trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues, life changes, identity questions, and chronic stress. I am also a certified provider of the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP), which I incorporate into therapy when it feels right.

My style is warm, compassionate, and honest. I aim to gently challenge you, even if it feels a little uncomfortable, while respecting your limits and readiness. I want you to feel free to be exactly who you are—without judgment—and to feel supported as you grow and explore.
