Hi there! College can be an exciting and meaningful time, but it can also come with stress, uncertainty, and big transitions. I’m passionate about supporting students who are navigating academic pressures, exploring identity, adjusting to new health conditions or living with chronic illness/pain, and finding their way through life changes—all within an LGBTQIA+ affirming space.

As a queer therapist and someone who lives with a disability, I understand how overwhelming it can feel to move through a world not always built with our identities in mind. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and truly seen while you explore your values, uncover your strengths, and build a life that feels meaningful to you.

I bring warmth, humor, and compassion to the work we do together, and I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I know reaching out for therapy can feel scary, but you don’t have to go through it alone—I’m here to walk alongside you.
