Sometimes life can feel overwhelming and unmanageable. Whether you’re grappling with anxiety or depression, reeling from a major life change, or simply feeling stuck, know that you are not alone. I’m here to offer compassionate support to help you navigate through difficult times and find a path forward.

My approach to therapy is a combination of tangible evidence-based tools along with an empathic, person-centered presence. My background working specifically with anxiety and OCD have equipped me to utilize the following best-practice tools: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). At the same time, I know that therapy is not one-size-fits-all, and I tailor my approach to fit your unique needs. I integrate trauma-informed and somatic practices to my work, ensuring that we find the approach that resonates best with you.

I am dedicated to helping you navigate life’s challenges and committed to walking alongside you on your journey. I believe that difficulties become more manageable when faced together. It’s an honor to hear your story and provide support as you traverse life’s ups and downs.
