Hello! I'm Emma, a Telehealth only Therapist in Texas! I specialize in addiction and recovery, anxiety, trauma, work stress and burnout.
Look, burnout and work stress are real. Add on top our everyday life things, past unresolved stuff, everything together can become super overwhelming. I wanna be the person to help you process whats going on in your life and help you work through it. Whether that’s developing coping skills or processing past trauma, you and I will do it together.
My style in therapy is direct and comforting. I am the type that will meet you where you’re at. You wanna cuss, cool. You wanna cry, I’ll be ready. You wanna take a break from last week’s session topic and change it up, I’m down. Therapy can be being uncomfortable to get comfortable. So when you’re ready, I will be too.
