As a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with advanced training in mental health care, I am here to help you navigate that journey. My practice combines medication management with evidence-based therapeutic approaches like acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and mindfulness to address your unique needs. Together, we'll focus on your values and goals to create a life that feels meaningful and aligned with who you are.

I specialize in working with young adults, including members of the LGBTQIA+ community, who may be navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, or the pressures of school and early adulthood. With experience in dual-diagnosis and trauma-focused care, I understand how interconnected mental health challenges can be. Whether you're managing difficult emotions, seeking clarity, or working through trauma, I provide a safe, affirming space where you can feel heard and supported.

My background includes clinical training at the Northern California VA Medical Center and a Master of Science in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from New York University. These experiences have given me a deep appreciation for treating the whole person, not just the symptoms. My clients often say they feel truly listened to and cared for during our sessions, which is my priority as we build a therapeutic relationship rooted in trust and mutual respect.

If you're an artist or someone who finds meaning in creative expression, we can explore the intersection of creativity and mental health in our work together. For me, therapy is not a one-size-fits-all process but a collaboration where your voice and values take center stage.

Affordable and accessible mental health care is a passion of mine, and I am committed to helping you find solutions that work for your life. Let's take the next step toward creating a future that feels authentic and fulfilling.
