I practice from the belief that humans are complex beings with amazing capabilities. Obstacles and challenging situations can block us from using our capabilities to their full potential, changing the ways we think, the ways that we live our lives, and the ways in which we relate to others. As a clinician, I believe that therapy can be used as a resource to for living out our potential. Everyone is capable of change, and I act as a resource for individuals in need to work through the limitations of health burdens, social injustices, relationship problems, and the other challenging issues.

My treatment model incorporates several therapeutic strategies for a personalized approach to each client. All of my services are rendered in a way culturally competent and respectful of race, sexuality, gender, and other important identities. I spend considerable time getting to know the individuals who are within my care as we collaborate in this process
