Emily Smith
Working with Young Adults and College students have been my passion in therapy, understanding the unique stage of life you are in and the broader impacts to you at this phase of life. While I specialize in ADHD and Perfectionism, if you are struggling through your late teens to early 20s, I am happy to talk more about how I can help you connect back to yourself through process therapy and DBT skills.
I offer both traditional interpersonal talk therapy to help you process your goals, as well as ADHD coaching for a psychoeducation "ADHD School" based approach to your motivation and focus struggles.
