Allowing you to feel safe and secure while sharing about life's struggles and guiding you through the process of increasing self-awareness and learning the tools to cope. I offer therapy in-person in Kansas City or online via telehealth with clients anywhere in Missouri, Kansas, and California. I'm available Mondays-Fridays.
