At Solstice Psychotherapy our focus is providing inclusive treatment for trauma and related mental health concerns through an anti-oppressive lens while also actively promoting social change in order to reduce trauma caused by oppression. We support individuals to identify their own unique treatment goals, as well as rely on their innate strengths, resiliency, ability to build new skills, and cultivate self-awareness in order to reach those goals.
Our team is skilled and has experience treating a variety of mental health conditions including: trauma-related disorders, eating disorders, LGBTQIA issues, anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders.
