Welcome! I'm a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with over 10 years of experience specializing in insight-oriented, psychodynamic therapy. My clients often seek a deeper understanding of themselves, their attachment style, and how to making meaning in their life. Often, symptoms of anxiety or depression are a sign that something deeper seeks to be understood. By understanding ourselves, we can cultivate the capacity to live authentically. As offered by Carl Jung, “Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes.”

I believe lasting change grows from a trusting, steady relationship with your therapist. My sessions are often open and unstructured. I believe we’ll find the narrative together as we go, exploring different emotional themes and attachment dynamics over time.
