Emily Normand Counseling & Wellness

Counselor, NCC, LPC
Accepting clients Last Updated 8 days ago

Hi, I’m Emily. I work with people and students navigating stress, life transitions, relationships, and the pressure to keep everything together. I am an LGBTQ+ affirming therapist and value working with individuals from all backgrounds, identities, and experiences, creating a space where you feel safe, respected, and understood.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and insight-driven. Therapy is a space where you don’t have to have it all figured out—we work together to make sense of what’s going on beneath the surface while building practical, realistic strategies that support you in your day-to-day life. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, more confident, and more like yourself again.
