Emily Lochran

My name is Emily Lochran. I graduated from Quinnipiac University with my bachelors degree and Bay Path University for my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Helping others is my passion, but most importantly I strive to be approachable and encourage my clients to explore their existing skills and strengths to help support and work through their current struggles.

I adopt a systemic and strength-based approach to therapy, recognizing the importance of understanding the culture, systems, and relationships that shape people's lives and challenges. I am dedicated to creating a non-judgmental, warm, and supportive environment in therapy, offering empathy, collaboration, and authenticity. I strive to help clients identify their internal and external resilience and strengths, and enjoy teaching tools to cope with stress and improve connections.
