Emily Holley (she/her) is a licensed independent social worker with an undergraduate degree in psychology and a master’s degree in social work, both from The Ohio State University.

Emily has experience in community-based social services, primary care integrated health, and crisis mental health settings. Emily has worked with adults diagnosed with a variety of mood and thought disorders including depression, anxiety, PTSD, personality disorders, adjustment disorders, grief and loss, bipolar disorders, and schizophrenia spectrum disorders. Emily takes a trauma-informed approach to treatment to create a safe and validating environment for clients.

Emily utilizes evidence-based interventions of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Person-Centered Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy for an eclectic approach tailored personally to each client. Emily believes that each client is an expert in their own lived experience and that a collaborative approach to therapy is necessary to empower clients and promote healing.
