I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with four years of experience providing psychotherapy. I came to the field a bit later in life after exploring other pursuits as a young person in New York City, and I love this work. I specialize in working with clients experiencing anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, struggles with identity, and life transitions. I love working with young people who are navigating adulthood and experiencing many "firsts".
I believe in the importance of the clinical relationship and utilize a relational approach. I will meet you with empathy and curiosity. It’s important to me to help you identify ways to cope, to resolve intense symptoms, and to go beyond the mind by working with the body.
