Are you someone who struggles with anxiety or sadness? Are you feeling overwhelmed or isolated? Would you like to feel more in control of how you navigate challenges and more connected in your relationships?

We will work to figure out where you are struggling and pick the strategies that are most helpful for you. We want to choose the coping methods that feel more natural and effective for you. We can also build an understanding of the values that are important to you as we develop a plan to make changes that are meaningful to you.

I have 10 years of experience working in a College Counseling Center. Whether you are new to therapy or looking for the right fit, I can provide support and guidance to address your concerns. I offer a free 15min consultation call to determine if we are a good fit.
