As a former CAPS psychologist, I have extensive experience working with graduate and undergraduate students at several university counseling centers. My specialty areas include trauma/PTSD, family and relationship issues, self-esteem, social identity concerns, and identity exploration. I also treat anxiety and depression. I'm a feminist therapist, working from an integrative approach, and I offer both short term and longer term therapy options. For students struggling with trauma histories, I also provide EMDR and IFS informed therapy. I have a direct and transparent communication style and enjoy helping clients who are looking to better understand themselves, their identities, and their relationships. I am PSYPACT credentialed, so I can continue to see you virtually when you are traveling out of state (if you are in one of the 42 PSYPACT states).
