Hello and welcome! Typically, I see client's ranging from ages 5-30. I enjoy helping clients work on anxiety, depression, self-esteem, family dynamics, life transitions, suicidal ideation and self-harm. I believe in walking alongside clients while providing a supportive and nonjudgmental space.
I often use mindfulness techniques, solution focused therapy and trauma-informed care in treatment. I am passionate about social justice and love to incorporate nature and art into practice.
Through a person-centered approach, I reinforce the belief that individuals are experts of their own life by utilizing their natural supports and strengths.
