Emily Cardin

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensed in New York and Vermont with 8+ years of experience. I work with women and adults in their 20s through 40s who are navigating anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, relationships, and major life transitions. Life can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re trying to balance everything around you. Therapy can be a space to slow down, feel understood, and reconnect with yourself. I offer a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you can be open and honest without feeling judged.

My approach is collaborative and individualized, incorporating mindfulness and the mind-body connection to help you better understand your emotions, regulate your nervous system, and feel more grounded. Together, we’ll work toward building greater self-awareness, confidence, and balance.

My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you feel comfortable being fully yourself. We’ll work together to understand what you’re experiencing, build tools that feel right for you, and create meaningful changes that support the life you want to live.
