Hi, I’m glad you’re here! I want therapy to be what you need it to be. Your therapy session is time dedicated solely to you. My hope is that we are able to spend our time being present; focusing on any challenges, changes, or celebrations you’d like to discuss. I do my best to provide my clients with a safe, non-judgmental, and empathetic space where they can openly express their thoughts and feelings. I specialize in working with girls and women in their adolescence and young adulthood. My counseling approach is tailored to each individual's unique needs, drawing from evidence-based practices such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Person-Centered Therapy. I am a supportive, compassionate, and down-to-earth therapist. I work with individuals who seek to improve their communication skills, stress management, self-esteem, life transitions, and any symptoms related to mental health diagnoses. My ultimate goal is to empower my clients to become resilient and confident in their ability to manage life’s challenges.
