Are you that person who always seems to be taking care of someone else? Maybe you feel really stressed and anxious and don't know how to cope with the stresses of balancing school and the rest of your life. This is especially hard for perfectionists who want to do and be it all for everyone, and we can lose ourselves in the meantime. I provide a safe space where we can figure out the causes of your anxiety and find better tools to help you manage life with confidence.

Or maybe you’re coping with a sick parent or friend or even your own diagnosis of a chronic illness. Grief comes in many forms, from a difficult life transition to the loss of a loved one. Whatever the nature of your grief, it can be helpful to process what you’re feeling and learn new coping strategies.

I know this isn't easy, but we can figure it out together. You don't have to do this alone.
