Not only can this impact their mood and behavior, but can change their way of thinking, their way of looking at life, and facing challenges. As a Board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with experience in treating patients with a wide range of conditions that includes PTSD, major depressive disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, ADHD, I meet each individual where they are in their life stage and use my expertise in psychiatry to guide them to a healthy mental state. While providing prescription management of psychotropic medications, I also incorporating brief counseling sessions with each routine follow up visits to further enhance treatment outcomes. As a provider who is up to date with the latest treatment modalities, I am adept in providing psychiatric consultation to practitioners and local treatment centers. My goal is to help clients realize that a healthy mental health is within reach.
