Are you highly attuned to others, having been told you're "too sensitive"? Do you struggle with setting boundaries, people-pleasing or burning out from perfectionism and a constantly full calendar? It can be exhausting to balance the weight of being highly sensitive while also meeting the standards set by us, our families, and communities. These behaviors are often connected to earlier relationships, such as family dynamics that can shape how we interact with others later in life. Therapy is a space to help you explore how past relationships shape your present, empowering you to respond to stress in ways that honor your needs.

I'm an LCSW with 7+ years of experience working with members of the queer community, neurodiverse individuals, and those managing chronic mental health and medical conditions. I’ve spent my career supporting individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, and complex family dynamics.

We'll collaborate together to identify and work towards goals that will help you take ownership over your life and build the reality you want to see. Whether it's setting boundaries with parents, letting go of perfectionism, or beginning a challenging career endeavor- I’m here to listen and support you with warmth, curiosity, silliness, and honesty.

I'm a queer, Jewish therapist who has experience working with queer Jewish community ranging from those who identify as secular to Orthodox. Navigating queerness from a religious framework has its own unique challenges. Regardless of your background, we'll work together to explore your identity and how that interacts with the world around you.
