Hello! My name is Elyse, I am licensed as a Clinical Mental Health Counselor through the state of NH and hold a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Rivier. I am currently accepting new clients and exclusively offer telehealth services through the Headway platform.

Are you feeling overwhelmed by life stressors? Finding it difficult to regulate your emotions? Or needing some guidance in navigating relationships? These are struggles many of us have experienced but are nonetheless very difficult and I’d love to be a support in getting you through whatever pain you may be going through. I am a huge believer in meeting people where they are at, and that therapy does not subscribe to a one size fits all approach. We will work together to find a treatment approach and develop goals that will work best for you! I believe that building a trusting relationship and showing unconditional positive regard are the cornerstones of any successful therapy experience. Of course, there is no “magic wand” that can work to resolve all the stressors in one’s life and therapy will require some hard work, but it will be a collaborative and supportive approach! My experience has mostly been with the “tween”, adolescent, and young adult population using a variety of solution focused, person-centered, DBT & CBT based approaches. Most recently I worked as a behavioral health clinician providing therapy to students within a high school setting. Prior to that I worked as a clinician on an assertive community treatment team for children and as a residential clinician with adolescents.
