This is a group practice with multiple providers, including:
Elyse Bryman is a Licensed Master Social Worker who works with college students struggling with a variety of emotional and behavioral concerns. She specializes in evidence-based treatments (EBTs) associated with OCD/anxiety disorders, eating disorders, mood disorders, personality disorders, self-injury and chronic suicidality. Such EBTs include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), exposure response prevention (ERP), and acceptance commitment therapy (ACT), with Elyse utilizing a person-centered approach. Elyse also has extensive experience with identity, boundary setting, and navigating relationships work.
Currently, we have a couple more spots on our DBT Skills: College Students edition group for the summer! Meet other students and work on skills such as mindfulness, emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness. (this group is all virtual)
Elyse is a compassionate individual with a love for the arts and all things music. On the weekends you can usually find Elyse outside either at the pool or enjoy a view from a hike. She is also a major foodie! If you are looking for therapy that is compassionate, honest, and you can have a little fun, Elyse is your clinician!
I can provide you with paperwork for reimbursement from your insurance company if you are seeking out-of-network sessions.
