Hi, I'm Dominique! I am a therapist working with Elu: Counseling, Consulting, and Coaching LLC. I am passionate about meeting clients where they are and working with them to become the best versions of themselves. I partner with my clients to ensure they are active members in their treatment and strive to provide individualized care, based on the client's strengths and needs.
I have experience working with adolescents and adults with various life stressors and mental health diagnoses. I have experience using various treatment approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness techniques.
