Life is hard, and sometimes overwhelming, but you don't have to do it alone. Let me help you be an overcomer! In person for Clarksville and still available for all Tennessee with video Telehealth. I work with teens, adults, parents, families & couples who are facing challenges, struggling with conflict, anxiety, or who want help recovering from trauma. I work with the unique culture & needs of Police, Fire, EMS, Rescue, Dispatchers, Medical personnel and their families. I have recently begun learning ERP therapy and working with clients who battle with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder.
My Master's degree is in Clinical Mental Health Counseling; my Bachelor degree is in Religion, with a minor in Criminal Justice- all from Liberty University. I have experience working in residential treatment, foster care, acute care, crisis, & private practice.
My approach is collaborative, person-centered, non-judging, and eclectic. I draw from a variety of modalities to provide a custom plan for you to achieve your goals. I can hold a safe space for you to tell your story. Christian counseling available by request; all faiths & beliefs are respected.
