Have you been struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, and/or insomnia related to past and current experiences? You are not alone in this. We can all benefit from therapy at various points in our lives, and this decision to seek out therapy is one to be proud of yourself for. I work with adults who are going through the stressors of school, work, home life, and/or life transitions. Whether you’re working through things like childhood trauma, no motivation to do things, feeling unhappy and unfulfilled, rumination about the past and future, difficulty sleeping, and so much more, I am here to guide you in building skills and exploring your strengths and goals so that we can create a plan together that brings healing, support, and connection to your life.

I specialize in EMDR, motivational interviewing, solution focused therapy, and CBT including CBT-Insomnia and also have experience using a variety of other evidence based therapy.

I communicate in a reflective, open, and caring way that elicits self-discovery and insight. I use active listening with empathy that builds trust and rapport. My goal is to understand and provide a safe and welcoming environment for you to grow and learn more about yourself.
