She holds a bachelors degree from Hobart and William Smith Colleges, NY in Psychology and Educational Studies and holds two minors in Public Policy and Child Advocacy. Phoebe holds a Masters degree from Columbia University, NY in Clinical Social Work (MSW) and post graduation completed a Sports Social Work Certificate through University of Michigan. Her, specializations are as follows: chronic illness, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief/loss, disability, sleep, stress management and disordered eating. Phoebe approaches each of your concerns with authenticity, curiosity and compassion drawing from DBT, CBT and ACT informed modalities.
