This is a group practice with multiple providers, including:
- Clinical Social Work/Therapists
- Drug & Alcohol Counselors
I am a compassionate and creative therapist dedicated to supporting adolescents, young adults, and adults through life’s challenges. Specializing in LGBTQIA+ advocacy, women’s health, substance use, and grief, I provide a safe, inclusive, and empowering space for growth and healing.
With a BA in Education (Arcadia University), an MSW (Widener University), and experience in various levels of care—including inpatient, crisis residential, partial hospital program, intensive outpatient and outpatient programs—I bring a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach to therapy. I draw on CBT, DBT, somatic practices, mindfulness, and creative expression to help clients process emotions, build resilience, and achieve personal growth. I’m also pursuing certification in Geek Therapy, using fandoms like movies, books, and anime to deepen connection and exploration in sessions.
Outside of work, I enjoy reading psychological thrillers, watching horror movies, designing tattoos, spending time with my dog and exploring sound healing.
