College and university life can be exciting, but it also comes with real challenges. Maybe you're feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or down. Maybe you're navigating relationships, identity, academic pressure, or just trying to figure out who you are and where you're going. At Ellie Mental Health, we get it—and we're here to support students like you.

We work best with students who are ready to be honest about what they’re feeling, even if they don’t have all the answers yet. You don’t need to have it all figured out before coming to therapy. In fact, many of our clients start with, “I don’t even know why I feel this way.” That’s okay. We’ll help you explore what’s going on beneath the surface, at your pace, without judgment.

You might be a good fit for Ellie if you:
Feel anxious, stressed, or burned out from school, work, or life
Struggle with perfectionism, self-doubt, or low self-esteem
Are dealing with relationship changes, breakups, or family tension
Are exploring your identity (gender, sexuality, culture, or otherwise)
Feel pressure to meet expectations (your own or others’) but feel stuck
Want to understand your emotions better and develop healthy coping tools

Our therapists are warm, down-to-earth, and easy to talk to. We won’t just nod and ask how that makes you feel—we’re engaged, compassionate, and focused on helping you move forward. Therapy at Ellie isn’t about fixing you because you’re not broken. It’s about creating a space where you can be your full self, work through what’s hard, and start to feel more in control.

We know students face unique challenges, including:
Balancing independence with responsibility
Feeling pressure to succeed academically or figure out your future
Managing mental health while juggling classes, jobs, and social life
Navigating major life transitions, often for the first time

Whether you’ve been to therapy before or this is your first time reaching out, we’ll meet you where you are. Our goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where you feel seen, heard, and understood.

Why Ellie?
We’re not your average mental health clinic. We believe in real talk, real connection, and real results. We take your mental health seriously, but we’re also approachable and flexible. You can expect sessions that feel meaningful, not clinical. Our therapists are trained in a variety of evidence-based approaches, but we always tailor care to your individual needs.

Mental health is part of overall health. If something’s weighing you down, you don’t have to carry it alone. Therapy is a place to unpack, reflect, heal, and grow. You deserve that space—and we’d be honored to hold it with you.
