Jocelyn Long
Provider Types
This is a group practice with multiple providers, including:
- Art Therapists
- Licensed Professional Counselors
- Pre-Licensed Professionals
As an art therapist, I utilize the creative process as a means of self-exploration, stress relief, and emotional healing, particularly for individuals who find it difficult to articulate their feelings or experiences in words. With collaboration, connection, and creation an individual can navigate life’s challenges, explore their meaning of self, and find empowerment in the therapeutic process. Whether addressing specific mental health issues, processing trauma, or simply improving emotional health, art therapy can be a powerful tool in promoting overall wellbeing.
I have worked with individuals who live with anxiety, depression, autism, ADHD, and more. I currently have availability in the late mornings and afternoons. Please reach out if you would like to connect or if you have any questions!
