Hi, I am Licensed Masters Social worker accredited through Quinnipiac University. I treat client's anxiety, depression, trauma, body issues/self esteem and stress related to daily life challenges such as school and or job changes. I also do therapy with client's that have with co-occurring disorder disorders, such as substance use. I offer Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Motivational interviewing, Solution Focused Therapy and Insight oriented approach. I also offer Art and Play therapy.
