Welcome! I'm Emily Vaias, a Licensed Social Worker with Ellie Mental Health. As your therapist, my goal is to help you set up a time and space in our sessions that helps you to learn about yourself, understand your needs, and work towards achieving your goals and coping with your stressors. You may be unsure of what you want to accomplish in therapy at first, and that's okay! Whether you come to me with a crisis to resolve, a problem to talk through, or simply as a mental "stretch" or "check-up", it's a great place to start. My office is a space for you to reflect and start the work with support and guidance. Call me or set up an introductory session to see if therapy is the right step for you.
