Ellie Mental Health in West Hartford isn’t your average therapy clinic. We strive to break down treatment barriers and provide you with customized counseling services that meet your therapy needs. Our lovely and amazing therapists see clients ages 3-end of life, and work with individuals, couples, and families.

At Ellie Mental Health in West Hartford, we offer trauma-informed treatment, DBT, CBT, Trauma-Focused CBT, ACT, and Art Therapy for individuals, couples, and families. We offer both in-person and tele-health options, as well. We are always exploring innovative and creative approaches to best meet the needs of the community we serve. In addition to the modalities described above, we treat conditions such as anger management, self-esteem, stress & burnout, loss & grief, relationship issues, suicidal thoughts & self-harm, academic problems, gender identity & sexual orientation, alcohol, drug, gambling, & internet addiction abuse, panic disorder & social anxiety, OCD, ADHD, ODD, PTSD, Autism Spectrum Diorders, depression, Bipolar Disorder, anxiety & phobias, and issues with life transitions.
