I take a client-centered, compassionate, and autonomy-supportive approach to empower you in finding balance, self-compassion, and fulfillment, so that you can more fully live the life you've always dreamed of, without being held back by insecurities or self-doubts.

I integrate evidence-based treatments to personalize the most effective strategies for my clients. I specialize in self-esteem/self-compassion, body image, overeating and disordered eating, weight management, and anxiety, and have been approved through PSYPACT to see clients in several states in the US. I provide both group and individual therapy services.
