If you’re feeling weighed down by responsibility, self-doubt, or the pressure to always “have it together,” I’m here to help. Managing your emotions and difficult life challenges does not have to be something you do on your own.

By identifying personal barriers and understanding your story, together we can unpack and release the things that no longer serve you. I use an integrative therapeutic approach and individualize treatments so clients can regain a sense of agency and obtain new skills to make change in their lives.

Whether you’re facing tough transitions or just feeling like you’re handling so much all at once, I hope to guide you in taking the shame out of emotions, —while making space for humor, celebration, and emotional clarity. Even if you are hesitant, let's set up a consultation call to see if this would be a good fit for you!
