Hello. If you're here, perhaps you're feeling overwhelmed & burnt out, or you're struggling to connect with your romantic partner. Maybe you've experienced heartbreaking loss, or are trying to find the ground beneath you after you or a loved one have received news of a difficult diagnosis. If so, I'm glad our paths have crossed. I work with motivated adults who are faced with life transition-related challenges, depression, anxiety, active and anticipatory grief, new diagnosis, and trauma.

I have extensive experience working with people living with cancer/chronic illnesses, parents of children living with life threatening/terminal illness, & parents who have lost a child. I emphasize developing a client-therapist relationship rooted in empathy, respect, and collaboration & creating a safe environment in which you feel seen and supported.

My joy as a therapist is to guide you toward emotional & relational health by providing tools for short-term relief and space & support for deeper healing. I approach my work as an opportunity to accompany each client on their journey to the home within: a place of inner peace & sanctuary, calm & happiness. I look forward to connecting with you soon.
