Would you like a safe place to talk, another perspective to help you find hope and direction? I see all gender individual clients 18 years and older Tuesday - Friday, 10:00 - 7:00. Sessions can be in person or virtual. I'm on most insurance panels, but also take self pay.

My practice is Client Centered and Solution Focused.
I specialize in depression, anxiety, grief & loss, and mood swings. I am particularly interested in working with life transitions, end of life issues, Bi-Polar Disorder, and Borderline Personality Disorder. My therapy emphasizes mind-body skills and behavioral modifications to address mood and personality disorders, sadness, and stage of life challenges.

I believe wellness includes healing the mind, emotions, body and spirit. This attention to wholeness enhances and promotes effective change and personal development. We can work together in a professional, integrative, and comprehensive way. For decades, I have helped people like you forge a clear path to inner peace.
