Starting therapy in college can feel intimidating, especially when you're juggling classes, relationships, family expectations, and trying to figure out who you are and what you want. Maybe you’re feeling overwhelmed, unsure about the future, or like you're supposed to have it all together when things feel anything but. If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone, and you don’t have to figure it all out on your own.
I work with college students who are navigating things like self-doubt, perfectionism, people-pleasing, and trouble setting boundaries. In therapy, we’ll look at the patterns behind what’s keeping you stuck and find practical, manageable ways to help you feel more confident and in control.
My style is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I pull from approaches like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help you build coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and reconnect with what actually matters to you.
