I approach therapy with authenticity, empathy, and the belief that meaningful change happens within a trusting therapeutic relationship. Whether you are navigating anxiety, trauma,
family challenges, or life transitions, I strive to meet you where you are and work alongside you towards your goals.
I have extensive experience working with children and families and am particularly passionate about supporting those affected by anxiety, trauma, attachment concerns, and relationship difficulties. Through my work, I have seen how deeply our experiences, relationships, and environments shape our emotional well-being. Because of this, I often view therapy through a systems lens, recognizing the important role that family and support networks can play in healing and growth.
