Welcome. I’m so glad you’re here. I view the human experience much like a cup of coffee–complex, layered, and ever-changing. Some moments may feel bitter; others leave us feeling nourished and fulfilled. You may be seeking to better understand yourself, build a healthier relationship with the world around you, or heal from patterns that no longer serve you. As your therapist, I’ll meet you wherever you are and walk alongside you as we navigate your lived experiences together.

I work with individuals navigating trauma, self-esteem, anxiety, depression, life transitions, disordered eating, and substance use. In our work together, I draw from relational therapy, parts work, and EMDR to support your healing journey. These approaches help us deepen self-understanding, process trauma, and strengthen connection to ourselves and others.

My style is both compassionate and direct. I show up first and foremost as a human being, offering a space grounded in trust, openness, and authenticity. Together, we’ll create an inclusive environment where growth and healing can unfold.
