I'm Dr. Elizabeth Slivjak, a psychologist candidate (supervised by Dr. Samantha Monk Grigsby) with extensive training in CBT and ACT. I work with clients experiencing depression and anxiety disorders, and I also have experience supporting clients through insomnia and health related stress and the emotional impact of medical conditions like cancer treatment. I bring current, evidence-based training and experience, and a lot of compassion and care to my work.
