Are you feeling stuck or struggling to make changes in your life but can’t quite figure out how to get there? I offer tools to help people learn to decode their emotions so that they no longer need a therapist guiding them, but rather they can address life's challenges with greater confidence. My treatment focuses on helping people accept the past, and make concrete changes in their lives that lead to a greater sense of peace and satisfaction. My aim is to create a warm and collaborative environment where you can feel comfortable expressing your emotions.
While I focus on a large range of client concerns, I specialize in anxiety, and managing and improving health. I address topics such as anxiety about health, sleep, depression, illness/chronic pain, relationships and sex, weight management, trauma, and addiction. Since all clients are unique, I customize my treatments to fit each individual.
If you feel like meeting with me could be a good fit, please do not hesitate to reach out to schedule a free phone consultation. I hope we can work together to address your concerns! For more details, please visit elizabethsadock.com
