Welcome and thank you for visiting me.
I see therapy as an opening and bridge to better understand yourself in many contexts and find greater emotional and physical fulfillment.

I am a licensed psychologist and I have been working as a therapist for twenty years in multiple settings such as private practice, mental health clinics, residential facilities and hospitals. I have experience with a range of mental health problems that manifest both emotionally (anxious, depressive thoughts) and physically (stress/disordered eating/addiction, health and medical issues) and work with preteens, adolescents and adults. I teach mindfulness meditation classes and lead mindful eating awareness, intuitive eating, self-compassion, and stress management skills groups to encourage mindful change and improve quality of life. I specialize in eating disorders and treat the full spectrum of disordered eating from restrictive to binge eating behaviors.
