- Pre-Licensed Professionals
I tend to work best with students who are feeling overwhelmed but still trying really hard to hold it all together. Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, burnout, trauma, relationship stress, big life transitions, or just the pressure of trying to figure out who they are and where they’re going. Some are high-achieving and used to being “the strong one,” while others feel stuck, lost, or unsure how to move forward.
You might be someone who overthinks everything, struggles to relax, or feels like you’re constantly behind. You may have been through hard experiences in the past and want a safe place to process them. Or maybe nothing is “wrong,” but you know you don’t feel like yourself and want support sorting things out.
Students who are a good fit for my practice are usually looking for a therapist who feels real, warm, and easy to talk to. They want a space where they can be honest, feel understood, and learn practical tools that actually help in daily life. If you’re open to growing, reflecting, and showing up as you are... you’ll likely feel comfortable here.
