I am a comprehensive, seasoned therapist. I work with all issues, big or small. With me, you could: fix or resolve issues, reduce stress, get clarity, learn to regulate emotions, sort through life plans, heal emotional wounds, eliminate symptoms, discuss root issues, unpack deep truths, explore existential meaning, or get support. You will discover why things are how they are, and how to change. You will obtain tools and methods for implementing changes, while decreasing barriers to change. Whatever your reasons are for therapy, my goal is to help you so you can experience a more enjoyable life - because you can!
I specialize in finding frustrating stuck places, including areas of ambivalence, ruminations, and spiral thinking, and give people the tools/methods for change. I use techniques from many sources. With 15 years of practice, I am confident you'll obtain the results you want and need.
I am straightforward and real with people, with a warm, caring edge. I provide a supportive, nurturing, nonjudgmental presence using proven treatment modalities. I've also experienced significant trauma and other difficulties, and I know what it takes to get back your life. Note: no AI is used in this therapy practice, nor will it ever be.
