Thank you for taking some time to pause to explore ways to care, understand, or face yourself. During this season of you life, you may be trying to simply survive or get through each day the best ways you can. I welcome the opportunity to be part of your journey of what wellness, healing, and resetting looks like for you. As a Black and Haitian American psychologist, I recall how important it was for me to find myself and community that affirmed my intersecting identities while I attended a community college and transferred to a university. Please reach out if I can be of support.
