Psychologist, PhD
Accepting clients Last Updated 1 days ago

Welcome! I am a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in the treatment of mood and anxiety disorders, OCD and related disorders, and longer-standing patterns of emotion dysregulation. I offer a warm, compassionate, and validating approach to evidence-based psychotherapies, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, skills from Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Exposure and Response Prevention. I am particularly passionate about using mindfulness principles to help clients access these treatments. I have been providing therapy to individuals with a range of concerns for over 7 years.

I received my PhD from Yale University in clinical psychology in 2020 and my BA in psychology with a minor in music from Cornell University in 2012. I completed predoctoral and postdoctoral fellowships at McLean Hospital/Harvard Medical School, where I currently work as a staff psychologist at the OCD Institute and The Pavilion.

I do my very best to meet my clients where they are at in their lives, deeply empathize with them, and then gently and at their pace, help them move towards any changes they hope to realize in their lives. I appreciate your taking the time to read about me and my approach to therapy, and I look forward to connecting soon!
