Hi, I'm Elizabeth (she/her) and I'm glad you're here. Life is full of changes that can leave us feeling overwhelmed with stress, anxiety, depression and uncertainty. We are all doing the best we can with the tools we have available. If you’re thinking about learning alternative ways to navigate life, therapy is here so you don’t have to do it alone.
Starting exactly where you are, learn to be present in the here-and-now without judgement. We will explore your values & stuck-points to strengthen your connection to your inner-wisdom. This will be the foundation that helps change your relationship to stress, worry, anxiety, food, body image, addiction, and strengthen your relapse prevention plan.
Finding a therapist that’s right for you can be overwhelming, it also shows that you have self-awareness! I take special care to respond to all calls/texts/emails inquiring about therapy. You and your healing journey are important. I provide LGBTQ+ and identity affirming care.
