My own personal goal is to create a safe space in sessions for my clients to process and explore their emotions and thoughts. I tailor my approach to fit the specific needs and goals of my client. I like to view myself as a teammate, working together in a vulnerable and honest way to help my client gain a better understanding of themselves, their goals, and what they would like to achieve. It is a privilege to earn someone's trust and help guide them in understanding their own thoughts, feelings, and behaviors; it is one that I do not take for granted.
